Do credits expire?

Purchased credits never expire. Free starter credits (40 credits given on signup) expire after 90 days of inactivity.

What's the difference between models?

Lite is the most affordable — great for quick iterations and drafts at 720p/1080p, no audio. Fast adds full features including native audio, 4K output, reference images, and video extension. Quality delivers the highest visual fidelity for final renders. Runway models (Gen-4.5 and Seedance 2.0 Fast) offer an alternative generation engine with different aesthetics and longer duration support.

What happens if a generation fails?

Credits are only deducted when a video is successfully generated. If a generation fails, no credits are charged.

Can I use reference images to guide the video?

Yes — Fast and Quality models support up to 3 reference images for subject and style consistency. Lite supports image-to-video but not multiple reference images.

What payment methods are accepted?

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payments are processed securely — we never store card details.

Can I get a refund?

If you have unused credits and are unsatisfied, contact us and we'll sort it out. We want you to be happy with the platform.
